Group Detail: This MQ User Group was established in 1998 by an IBM employee, Jenny Chow. A user group committee was formed during the first meeting. The website was created in 1999. It has become one of the largest and longest running user groups world-wide. Currently, we have over 1,000 members.

The NY/NJ Hybrid Cloud IBM MQ & Integration User Group is designed to provide Hybrid Cloud MQ & Application Integration professionals, users and consultants a forum to share ideas, experiences and expertise related to Hybrid Cloud IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus and other IBM Integration products and complimentary tools.

Join us for our first live meeting in some time! As infrastructure modernization spreads, most organizations running IBM MQ are at some stage of modernization – consideration, planning, just-begun, in-the-midst, or reaping the benefits. No matter what stage you’re at, we’ve worked with Middleware Mash-Up to put together an event to help you get more out of modernization.

  • 1:15 – 2:00 pm Ask the MQ Experts (Open question and answer session)
  • 2:00 – 3:00 pm – Expert Panel Discussion: IBM MQ Modernization and Optimization Lessons Learned
  • 3:00 – 4:00 pm – You’ve Arrived, did you plan correctly? – Peter D’Agosta, Chief Product Manager, Avada Software
  • 4:00 – 5:00 pm  – Social Networking Soiree
  • 5:00 – 7:00 pm – TopGolf Networking Afterparty
