Error 2033 when attempting to connect to a Queue Manager or running a command to Queue Manager.
Causes:
- Check that Command Server is running. The Command Server is used to run MQ commands. If this is not running we can not issue any commands
- Increase ‘Reply Wait’ on connection. If a Queue Manager is slow to respond you will get a 2033. Reply wait specifies how long Infrared360 will wait for a response to a command that was issued by Infrared360. If the Queue Manager does not reply within the Reply Wait time Infrared360 will disconnect and a 2033 error is generated. It does not harm performance by increasing Reply Wait value. Typically set Reply Wait to 300 if this issue occurs.
- Verify Infrared360 Response Queue is PUT and GET enabled
- Turn off SAFE MESSAGE on the QMGR Connection in the Infrared360 Connection screen.
- Save w 'restart monitoring'.
- Test Connection response time
- change IR360.RESPONSE Max Depth to 500,000
