If you seem to be getting an IBM MQ Reason 2033 when displaying messages in Infrared360
- Go to the MQ Connection of the QMGR in question.
- Uncheck the "Safe Message processing" on the message related tab of the IBM MQ queue manager connection.
- Adjusted the replay wait to (300) on the advanced tab of the IBM MQ queue manager connection.
- Update dynamic response queue <IR360.RESPONSE*> to <IR360.RESPONSE> on the advanced tab of the IBM MQ queue manager connection.
- Save with Restart monitoring selection
- select connection and then select first test connection and then inspect polling to learn the response time to this QMGR
- At the queue level for <IR360.RESPONSE> change the default max queue depth to 5000000
